    Historical Range: Florida, Texas, Caribbean and Central America

    ​

    Our Experience with this Species: We have found this species only once on Key Largo in the month of May

    ​

    Notes: Larvae of this species are easily found on the mainland by searching papaya leaves in the month of August. Eggs are green and are layed on the underside of the leaves. Larvae can easily be reared on papaya leaf cuttings
