Host Plant: The Bugguide site lists this species as polyphagus, hosts from many families of plants

Historical Range: SE USA

Our Experience with this Species: This species can be common in Key Largo and on Big Pine Key. 

Notes: Larvae make a mobile housing out of silk, sticks and twigs and create a 'bag' and live inside of it only exposing their head while they eat.
